CONCEPT – IN A NUTSHELL
The NEXT ORGANIC BERLIN is a specialized fair, which provides a platform for outstandingly excellent food & beverages, which have been produced as responsible and sustainable as possible. Together with different experts, novel marketing concepts for producers, retailers, and gastronomes will be presented. Additionally, famous German chefs will showcase well-known brands while combining these with yet unknown but highly promising manufactured products. The live cooking will be accompanied by food and beverage tastings in a relaxed and informative atmosphere. By merging the old and the new, start-ups with old-established manufactures, and the regional with the international we aim at inspiring all involved parties in order for new food- and marketing concepts to be developed.

The market for sustainable, ethical, biodynamic, and organic food is growing at an ever-increasing rate. Multiple labels aim at informing consumers and often provide a great opportunity to make informed decisions. Problematically, the amount of non-transparent‘sustainable-food’ certification schemes is growing as well. By providing a unique platform where food producers and food professionals (gastronomy, hotel businesses & food retailers) can meet, exchange ideas, marvel at new food products, and be inspired by the latest developments in the sustainable food production and preparation scene, the Next Organic Berlin seeks to provide all involved parties with the highest degree of transparency possible.
